By booking a session with Arthronee​Pix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the required information has been submitted and full payment has been received.

2. Payment Policy
Full payment is required before any photography service is rendered.
No session will commence without confirmed payment.
Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by ArthroneePix.

3. Rescheduling 
Clients may request to reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Multiple rescheduling requests may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy
Payments made are generally non-refundable.
If ArthroneePix cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled session at no additional cost.

5. Client PunctualityClients are expected to arrive on time.
Late arrivals may reduce the available shooting time.
Sessions delayed beyond the agreed grace period may be cancelled without refund.

6. Delivery Timeline 
Edited photographs will be delivered within the agreed turnaround time after the session.
Delivery times may vary depending on the project size and editing requirements.

7. Image Selection & EditingArthroneePix maintains full creative discretion over image composition, editing style, and final enhancements.
Additional edits beyond the agreed package may attract extra charges.

8. Copyright & Usage
Arthroneepix retains the copyright to all photographs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a license for personal or commercial use according to the purchased package.
Images may not be altered, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

9. Promotional Use
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session, ArthroneePix reserves the right to use selected photographs for its portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, and promotional materials.

10. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:Arriving prepared and on time.
Providing accurate booking information.
Obtaining any required permits or venue permissions.
Ensuring all participants are ready at the scheduled time.

11. Force Majeure 
Arthroneepix shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Liability 
While every reasonable effort is made to provide exceptional service, ArthroneePix shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control that may affect the delivery of services or images.

13. Acceptance 
By making payment and confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that they form part of the service agreement between you and ArthroneePix.Thank you for choosing Arthroneepix.
